Positive: Very good location with a nice view. High quality materials, mattresses. Very nicely decorated. Welcoming chocolate was a nice surprise. You have everything to need. The flat is fully equipped.
Negative: If you want privacy in the quiet place you either book the whole house or look for other options. You can hear the neighbors above, their conversation, steps, toilet flushing. We were lucky that they were not screaming or staying up late but be prepared that you will see them passing in front of your terrace and here them. Otherwise it would be 10 out of 10,
